Vintage Patek Philippe 18K Yellow Gold Pocket Watch Circa 1958, Ref. 770 This Open Face 18K gold pocket watch from Patek Philippe is in excellent condition.  The 18 jewel movement is adjusted to five positions plus temperature and isochronism. The dial, case and movement are all marked “Patek Philippe.”
